All-you-can-eat churrasco lands in the IE: Fogo de Chão now open in Rancho Cucamonga

Fogo de Chão, the national Brazilian-steakhouse brand, is now open in Rancho Cucamonga, bringing its churrasco format — gaucho chefs carving fire-roasted cuts tableside off skewers — to a market that hasn't had the concept at this scale.

The restaurant centers on an open grill and a seasonal Market Table, with a separate Bar Fogo running all-day happy hour: $6 beers, $8 South American wines, and $10 Brazilian-inspired cocktails. Self-parking is available daily.

For the IE's business diners, the more interesting signal is the address itself. A national fine-dining chain choosing Rancho over an OC or LA expansion is a read on where the region's spending power now sits — the same logic that has steadily pulled upscale brands into Victoria Gardens over the past decade.
