Riverside lands two CALED awards, launches business site

City of Riverside: The California Association for Local Economic Development handed the city two Awards of Merit at its 2026 conference — one for the Farm House Collective, the public-private partnership with Stronghold Engineering that turned the 1953 Farmhouse Motel into a downtown marketplace, and one for Riverside Realized, the strategic plan the city says is more than 75% complete against 90-plus actions. The city also launched RiversideBusiness.org, a new business-attraction site built by Riverside-based Compelle.
