Ontario Airport Hotel rebrands as Hyatt Regency, targets December opening

Hyatt Regency: The rebranding elevates what has long been the dominant hospitality asset in Ontario's airport-adjacent market. Designed by Gensler, the renovation draws inspiration from the Monarch butterfly found in the regional desert landscape, expressed through architectural forms and materials. Marta Altarés, the hotel's general manager, called it a "defining moment for our hotel and for the Ontario market." The location sits minutes from Ontario International Airport, Toyota Arena, and the Victoria Gardens shopping and dining district, positioning it as a regional gateway for business, group, and leisure travel. The hotel plans to keep operating through the renovation and unveil each phase as work progresses.
