Los Tacos, a Temecula street-taco standard

Los Tacos: Los Tacos runs out of Redhawk Towne Center at 32065 Temecula Pkwy, open daily to 9pm and to 10pm Fridays and Saturdays. The kitchen leans Baja street-style — al pastor, char-broiled carne asada, lengua, birria, even bacon-wrapped hot dogs — with meats and salsas prepped on site each morning.
