Chef Phillip Lai built the concept from a 626 Night Market booth in 2014 into a small IE chain — Southern flavors with West Coast flair, butterfly shrimp baskets, Cajun garlic noodles, and shrimp tacos a visiting Press-Enterprise reviewer called the standout.
