Parker Hannifin to buy Corona-based Circor Aerospace from KKR for $2.55 billion

KKR / Circor International: The Corona operation designs and builds fluid control, actuation, and landing-gear systems for commercial and military aircraft, with most flight-qualification testing run on site. It anchors the IE's aerospace manufacturing base alongside the region's larger logistics economy.

KKR bought Circor for $1.8 billion in 2023 and keeps the company's naval and industrial businesses. Circor employees get a dividend funded from the sale proceeds when the deal closes. Cleveland-based Parker Hannifin, a Boeing and Airbus supplier, expects to close in the second half of 2026 pending regulatory approval.
