Newmark takes leasing on Fontana's Vintage Park East, putting 509,000 square feet of West IE big-box on the market
Two buildings totaling about 509,000 square feet are coming available at Vintage Park East in Fontana, an established 10-building industrial park spanning roughly 2.56 million square feet. Newmark won the exclusive leasing assignment in mid-June and is immediately marketing the two open buildings, at 11754 and 1185 Cabernet Drive. Executive managing directors Mark Repstad, Ron Washle and Mark Kegans are handling the assignment on behalf of ownership.
What distinguishes the space is how it is being pitched. The park carries heavy power, climate-controlled environments and the potential for rail service — features aimed at advanced manufacturing users, not only warehousing and distribution.
It is the same composition shift visible elsewhere in West Fontana, where buildings designed for the region's logistics economy are increasingly positioned for, and taken by, makers rather than movers.
