Edward Enriquez takes over as Riverside's acting city manager

The city named Enriquez to the role at a June 17 press conference. Mayor Pro-Tem Steven Robillard said Enriquez, a longtime city staffer, will provide steady leadership while the council runs its search; the city hasn't said whether it will retain an executive recruiting firm. Futrell had led the city since January 2023.
