Desert Healthcare District board terminates CEO Chris Christensen

NBC Palm Springs: The Desert Healthcare District board voted unanimously Tuesday night to immediately terminate CEO Chris Christensen, who was appointed to the role in 2024. The vote came during a closed session originally scheduled as Christensen's annual performance review, and the district's legal counsel said the termination was without cause and consistent with the terms of his contract.
