San Bernardino transportation authority approves record $1.4 billion budget

IE Business Daily: SBCTA approved the budget after months of planning and review through each of the authority's policy committees, according to a statement on its website. The roughly $1.1 billion in new revenue and $364 million in leftover funds combine for an outlay that tops any prior year for the agency, which manages the county's transportation funding and major freeway and transit programs.
