Chino Hills sales tax measure would raise $11.5M a year against a $4.3M deficit

Champion Newspapers: City data puts the new revenue at $11.5 million a year if voters approve the measure. City Manager Rod Hill said the 2026-27 general fund budget carries $59.2 million in revenue against $63.5 million in expenditures — a $4.3 million deficit the city will cover from reserves.
