ConnectCRE: ViewSonic signed for Building 2 at Ontario Ranch Business Park, 4953 E. Euclid, to grow its warehouse operations. Newmark's David Kluth and Cushman & Wakefield's Nathan Piehl co-represented the tenant. The master-planned park sits in the IE West submarket with access to I-10, I-15, and Routes 60 and 71.
