Premier, Penwood buy two Rialto Amazon warehouses for $270M

CoStar: Premier Logistics Properties, in partnership with Penwood Real Estate Investment Management, bought two Class A Amazon warehouses at 1568 and 1660 N. Linden Ave. in Rialto from Link Logistics Real Estate for $270 million, or about $183.69 per square foot. The neighboring buildings total nearly 1.5 million square feet, and both are fully leased.

Eastdil Secured's Stephen Silk and Marc Alfert handled the sale side; Bo Mills of KBC advised the buyers. CoStar ranks the trade among the market's largest recent industrial deals.
