Moreno Valley's 220-unit Villa Annette draws $46M bridge refi from Dwight

ConnectCRE: Dwight Mortgage Trust provided the $46-million bridge for Villa Annette, a 220-unit garden-style community on roughly 11 acres in Moreno Valley. Andrew Tichy originated the loan for repeat client Robert Lattanzio of Latco Enterprises.

Proceeds retire the existing construction debt, cover closing costs, and return equity to the borrower. The property comprises 14 two- and three-story buildings with one- to three-bedroom layouts, sited near State Route 60 and Interstate 215.
