A 1,400-acre housing tract hits the market near Lake Mathews

ConnectCRE: Cushman & Wakefield, in partnership with WD Land Advisors, is marketing a 1,400-acre residential development site in central Riverside County, overlooking Lake Mathews. The site comes with a tentative tract map, which gives a buyer a clear entitlement path on a parcel sized for a master-planned community. Kevin Turner, Hector Vargas, and David Harbour hold the assignment.

Turner called it one of the most compelling large-scale residential opportunities to reach the Southern California market in years, pointing to the site's scale, rolling topography, and views. He tied the pitch to scarcity: entitled land of this size is hard to assemble, and the region stays supply-constrained on housing. The property sits minutes from Corona, Riverside, and Menifee — a corridor that has drawn steady growth.
